Call Center Manager

A multinational company in Egypt is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and outgoing person to become their Call Center Manager supporting 20 to 30 agents.

Job responsibilities include:

* Data verification
* Quality control and follow-up on contracted accounts
* Data mining from various media sources
* Scheduled content collection and repurposing for web delivery
* Ensuring data accuracy

What you will be doing:

* Hiring, training and developing agents
* Strong emphasis on coaching and monitoring agents
* Scheduling, staffing and workforce management
* Management of basic HR functions such as attendance and vacation schedules
* Start a second shift in the evenings
* Development of a customer service model that creates a positive experience for the customer

What you need to have:

* Excellent Arabic and English (spoken and written)
* At least two years of Call Center management experience preferred
* University degree
* Experience in Call Center best practices
* Strong outbound calling experience

Engineering and Facility Deputy Manager

Job Title : Engineering and Facility Deputy Manager

Description : 1-Engineering Tasks
-Managing all regular maintenance (including E/C, A/C, Furniture, office equipments, etc.) works for all company locations.
-Preparing the needed Arch drawings, interior design and bill of quantity for the new locations and any needed modifications or variations in company locations.
-Preparing the Bids for contractors, the needed documents and contracts.
-Engineering Supervision on executing all finishing works.

2-Facility Tasks
-Managing all Admin dept staff (employees, messengers, drivers…etc.).
-Managing all security teem, cleaning teem for all company locations
-Managing and control company's vehicles including all the necessary maintenance, license and any legal documentation.
-Managing all comp requirements (stationeries, printings, Newspapers subscriptions and advertising, utilities, courier and archiving services)
-Managing all company purchasing (goods and services) through the company procurement center.

3-Real Estate Tasks
-Handling all leases / rent contracts for any new or old premises, branches, and stores.
-Locking for sale company unoccupied premises

Qualifications :
-BSC in Engineering (Arch, Civil).
-Experience period in a similar position not less than 4 years.
-Excellent computer skills (word, excel, auto cad)
Gender : Male
Experience : 5-10 Years.
Salary (L.E.): Negotiable
Comments : -Multinational Company work in Insurance field.
-working hours 8 hour
-2 day off.
